PCH agreements mission is to make PCH owners aware that there is a lot of information about their residents they should know and don't think to ask.
I have seen numerous agreements that do not contain the address of the PCH, no owner contact info, no emergency contacts, no medical information.  It is critical that you have this information and make it available to your caregivers.
